What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support smooth onboarding and induction experiences for new team members

  • Help bring energy to our workplace through employee engagement activities and internal events

  • Keep HR data, records, and documentation organized and up to date

  • Assist with projects like policy updates, internal trainings, and process audits

  • Create neat reports and clear presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Support in everyday HR operations – payroll, attendance, leaves, etc.

  • Pitch in with ideas and efforts to digitize and simplify HR processes and tools

What We’re Looking For

  • Students or recent graduates from BBA HR / MBA HR / PGDM HR or a related field

  • 0–1 year of internship or work experience in HR/admin roles

  • Comfortable with MS Office – especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Good communication skills and an eye for detail

  • A team player who’s organized, dependable, and open to learning

  • Someone who respects confidentiality and handles information with care
