What You’ll Be Doing
- Support smooth onboarding and induction experiences for new team members
- Help bring energy to our workplace through employee engagement activities and internal events
- Keep HR data, records, and documentation organized and up to date
- Assist with projects like policy updates, internal trainings, and process audits
- Create neat reports and clear presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Support in everyday HR operations – payroll, attendance, leaves, etc.
- Pitch in with ideas and efforts to digitize and simplify HR processes and tools
What We’re Looking For
- Students or recent graduates from BBA HR / MBA HR / PGDM HR or a related field
- 0–1 year of internship or work experience in HR/admin roles
- Comfortable with MS Office – especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and an eye for detail
- A team player who’s organized, dependable, and open to learning
- Someone who respects confidentiality and handles information with care
