About the Role:

This is a strategic role that blends AI solution architecture, stakeholder consulting, and product leadership. As a Manager – Agentic AI Automation Solutions, you will lead AI solutioning across client projects, act as a bridge between product and delivery teams, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of agent-based automation implementations. You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate with engineering and data teams, and play a key role in scaling GenAI initiatives across Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration frameworks to automate complex workflows across Sales, Procurement, HR, and other domains.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
  
  
• Postgraduate degrees (MBA, M.Tech, M.Sc.) in AI, Business Analytics, or related domains preferred
  
  
• Certifications in AI/ML, Python, SQL, or Prompt Engineering are a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Strategic Consulting

• Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to map business processes and identify AI opportunities
  
  
• Translate business problems into structured AI solution frameworks and drive stakeholder alignment
  
  

AI Solution Architecture

• Design LLM-powered workflows, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines using Emplay’s orchestration platform
  
  
• Define agent responsibilities, logic flows, fallback mechanisms, and prompt chaining strategies
  
  

Team Leadership & Project Oversight

• Lead a team of analysts and junior engineers to deliver high-impact AI solutions
  
  
• Manage delivery timelines, client communications, and cross-functional coordination
  
  

Data Strategy & KPI Definition

• Collaborate with data teams to map data sources, define KPIs, and validate data pipelines
  
  
• Guide SQL-based data validation and light Python scripting for analysis and modeling
  
  

Functional Specs & Product Collaboration

• Create and review user stories, architecture diagrams, test plans, and traceability matrices
  
  
• Provide input to product teams on reusable frameworks, feature enhancements, and roadmap priorities
  
  

Testing, Deployment & Iteration

• Own user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality reviews of agentic workflows
  
  
• Iterate on solutions using feedback loops, analytics insights, and user behavior data
  
  

Use Case Expansion & Client Growth

• Identify expansion opportunities within client accounts and collaborate on GTM strategies
  
  
• Act as an internal evangelist for AI products and external advisor to client leadership
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of experience in Business Consulting, AI Solutioning, Product Management, or Pre-Sales in SaaS/Tech/Enterprise AI environments
  
  
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and delivering AI/ML or automation solutions
  
  
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data workflows and automation scripts
  
  
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and conversational design
  
  
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments
  
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
  
  
• Experience creating solution architecture diagrams and defining system integration flows
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GenAI tools like LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, pgvector)
  
  
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  
  
• Background in consulting, client delivery, or enterprise product roles
  
  
• Exposure to procurement, sales analytics, or marketing automation solutions
