Role Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client

relationships, driving technology pre-sales, and ensuring successful product adoption.

You will work closely with both technical and sales teams to align AI solutions with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

● Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation: Work with prospective clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant AI-driven solutions.

● Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

● Solution Presentation & Demos: Deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations to showcase the value of AI solutions.

● Collaboration with Internal Teams: Liaise with engineering, product, and marketing teams to refine offerings and meet customer expectations.

● Sales Strategy & Growth: Contribute to sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and support revenue growth.

● Technical Support & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them optimize AI adoption and product utilization. Required Skills & Qualifications

● Education: MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS, IT, or related fields)/ related fields.

● Experience: 1-2 years in technology pre-sales, technical account management,content management or solutions engineering.

Skills:

○ Good understanding of AI, ML, and cloud-based technologies.

○ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

○ Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

○ Hands-on experience with pre-sales, solution consulting, and client

management.

○ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
