We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can independently design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences for AI-powered learning platforms and chat-based interfaces. The candidate should have strong design fundamentals, understand user behavior, and be able to make thoughtful design decisions based on user experience.
● 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user behavior, and user-centered design.
● Good knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, layout, and color theory.
● Experience designing web applications, dashboards, and chat/conversational interfaces.
● Strong proficiency in Figma — components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design libraries.
● Good understanding and practical experience with design systems.
● Ability to create responsive and consistent designs.
● Ability to independently think through problems and explain design decisions.
● Experience creating feature introduction videos, product walkthroughs, or UI animations.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and collaboration with Product, Development, and QA teams.
● Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools while being able to independently create and validate designs.
● Experience designing AI-powered products, learning platforms, or SaaS applications.
● Experience with motion graphics, screen recordings, or product demo videos.
● Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar video/motion design tools.
● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development.
● Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
● Experience with user research, usability testing, or user feedback analysis.
● Experience contributing to or improving an existing design system.
