Job Title: L1 Product Support Interns

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Experience: 0 - 3 years

Number of Positions: 2

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Internship Stipend: 20,000 Rs/Month

**Conversion from Internship to Full Time depends on the candidate’s performance

during the internship & the Manager’s discretion**

Compulsory- Should be ready to work in 24*7 rotational shift

Role Overview

As an L1 Product Support Intern, you will be responsible for managing technical issues,

troubleshooting production incidents, and ensuring timely resolution of bugs and feature

requests. You will collaborate with the development team, document issue resolutions, and

contribute to product stability through monitoring and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve real-time production issues

while adhering to Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) using ServiceNow and SQL.

Debugging & Reporting: Prioritize and escalate technical issues to L2/L3 support as

required, ensuring proper documentation of troubleshooting steps.

Problem Resolution: Work closely with developers to resolve complex technical

problems, track feature requests, and contribute to long-term fixes.

Feature Development & Enhancements: Develop minor features and enhancements

to improve system performance and user experience.

Monitoring & Health Checks: Perform system health checks and create monitoring

solutions to proactively prevent issues.

Change Management Support: Monitor and support various production changes

pushed by the development team.

ITIL Practices: Apply knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management,

and Change Management to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Sc / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

Technical Expertise:

○ Hands-on experience with SQL for issue troubleshooting and debugging.

○ Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

○ Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change

Management processes:

○ Basic programming or scripting knowledge to develop minor enhancements.

○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Preferred (Good to Have):

○ Experience in monitoring tools and automation.

○ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

○ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
